Book Production: Case Production
When producing book cases for hardcover books, the book covers are manufactured in a separate process. Besides of cover materials, cardboards and spine hollow are needed for book cases. We supply the spine hollow for this production step.
Spine hollow
For the production of hardcover books with three-part book cases a back insert is needed. This can consist of spine hollow. Spine hollow can be used on books with round as well as straight backs.
Depending on the application, we offer 100% recycling-capable single layer spine hollow in grammages of
- 300 g
- 350 g
- 400 g
- 500 g
- 600 g
These are available in the following roll widths:
• Cut in narrow reels in 0,5 cm steps.
• Master rolls in full widths.
